- An assigned customer base both in direct sales and via distributors
- Growing the product application and expanding customer service
- Working with the application engineers and service organization on all aspects of new business and ensuring and building customer satisfaction and loyalty in after-sales.
- Develop and execute the account plan to increase customer satisfaction, sales growth, and product utilization
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships including seizing growth opportunities in the given territory and collaborating with other account managers in this regard
- Developing knowledge of the market, customer needs and future challenges
- Tracking customer activities and sales in CRM, including the creation of reports and key figures
- Creating the forecast and tracking key account figures
- Supporting the marketing and engineering team regarding new technology requirements of the customer base and evaluating potential development projects
- Responsible for bookings up to over $2 million revenue per quarter

What should you bring with us:

- Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, engineering or a similar field is desirable but technical training with relevant sales experience is also an entry-level opportunity.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in direct sales or comparable activities, experience in sales in the semiconductor industry desirable
- Excellent understanding of business practices.
- Technical understanding of wafer prober and test application technologies or test cards is desirable.
- Communicative personality with a willingness to travel internationally, very good presentation and negotiation skills, flexibility, intercultural skills and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Business fluent in English and German
