- You act as a sparring partner for managers and as the first point of contact for employees in all HR matters.
- You will support and advise our managers on HR topics, e.g. employee management, strategic orientation of our site, internal guidelines, employee development.
- You will be responsible for operational HR work along the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to the departure of employees.
- You actively support change projects within the organization to contribute to the further development of our site.
- You support the continuous review, standardization, and optimization of HR processes, as well as the introduction of needs-based, innovative and efficient HR-solutions.
- You see your role as an active member within our global HR team and contribute to the various tasks and projects.
- You are also the point of contact for co-determination-related topics and maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council.
- You will provide support with headcount planning and its implementation; monitoring is just as much a part of your duties as the evaluation and reporting of HR-relevant data and statistics.

What should you bring with us:Requirements

- Successfully completed studies in economics, psychology/social sciences or similar.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international dynamic company, preferably in the areas of production and manufacturing.
- Fluent in English and German, written and verbal.
- Profound knowledge of labor and works constitution law, as well as skills in dealing with co-determination committees and in conducting negotiations.
- Confident handling of social media in terms of public image, marketing, and communication of FormFactor as employer.
- Proven experience with project-related, company-related and personnel policy processes.
- MS-Office skills.

- You can communicate with different target groups with a high level of social competence and enjoy working with people.
- Dealing with data protection and sensitive data (wages/salaries, personnel data, etc.) is a matter of course for you.
