In our company, your core responsibilities include:

Assist field service technicians and sales staff in handling a variety of pre- and post-sales processes
Provide email and phone support to service technicians to resolve customer issues
Interdepartmental collaboration with engineering, hardware and software development, and manufacturing
Telephone and email troubleshooting to correct customer or field service issues or determine appropriate next steps
Research multiple data bases to determine configurations and correct bill of materials to determine repair or upgrade parts for service related issues and upgrades

What you should bring with you:
Successfully completed degree in engineering (diploma, bachelor's/master's degree)
Several years of experience as a support engineer or in a comparable position
Good knowledge in the field of automation technology / electrical engineering
Solid practice in technical documentation and training
Experience in equipment engineering preferably in the semiconductor industry desirable
Very good organizational and communication skills
Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Flexible and detail-oriented way of working
Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team
