In our company, your core responsibilities include:

Coordination of the metrological requirements with the customer and preparation of the customer specification
Cooperation with our customers regarding applications to uncover new application possibilities
Technical support for sales with regard to customer inquiries, quotation configurations and order evaluation
Project management for customer projects and internal projects including deadline tracking and cost calculation
Technical support for the development department and promotion of new product groups
Participation in commissioning, independent execution of internal acceptance tests, customer demonstrations and training on our machines in-house and at the customer's premises
Collaboration in the creation of marketing documents and technical documentation
Participation in trade fairs and conferences, including giving presentations
Technical contact with external partners (suppliers, industry associations) and customers
Cooperation and support during the testing and commissioning of new solutions and measuring accessories
Analysis and evaluation of assembly defects, customer complaints and warranty issues
Development of guidelines for all existing products of the respective product manager for the corresponding measurement technology
Assisting with the creation of the product roadmap

What you should bring with you:

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or a similar field
At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar field of activity desirable
Technical background in related technical fields (thermodynamics, optics, mechanics)
Knowledge of semiconductor wafer test systems, measurements, and associated challenges is a plus
Detail-oriented work, strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation and good teamwork skills
Good communication skills in German & English both verbally and in writing
Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
Willingness to travel (national and international)
